The Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) project, initiated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) under the Central Government, has been run by Sadik Masih since 2017 across Pan India. This vital initiative aims to equipt Food Business Operator and street Food Vendors with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure compliance with food safety standards set by FSSAI. Through comprehensive training programs, we empower vendors to uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
Our journey is one of collaboration and commitment, as we work hand in hand with Food Business Operator and Street Food vendors to raise awareness and enhance their understanding of food safety principles. We provide basic and advanced training in catering, manufacturing, retail, and distribution to food business operators. Through interactive training sessions and practical demonstrations, we help Food Business Operator And Street Food vendors not only meet regulatory requirements but also build trust and confidence among consumers.
